Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

How to Request a Return or Refund

 -Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via email or our Contact Us page.

 -Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund.

 -Only items purchased on our website can be refunded.

Return Conditions

 -Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

 -Special deal products or limited offers cannot be returned.

 -You are responsible for the shipping cost if returning for personal reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

 -If your item arrives damaged, do not throw away the packaging.

 -Contact us within 2 days of receiving the package with:

                   - Order number

                   - Proof of purchase

                   - Photo of the damaged item or package

                   - Correct shipping address

 -We will replace damaged items at no cost to you. Damages caused by the customer may incur a replacement fee.

Return Process

 -Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

 -Approved refunds will be processed within 36 hours (or 24 hours for international verification), but your bank may take additional time to complete the transfer.

Change or Cancel Order

 -To modify or cancel your order, contact us within 24–48 hours of placing it.

 -Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 -If your package hasn’t arrived within 35 days, contact us.

 -If we verify that the package is lost, you will receive a full refund.

Important Notes

 -Do not send returns to the original delivery address — contact us first for the correct address.

 -We can only provide after-sales support within 3 months of delivery.
